nice guide, very helpful,
i always note down the points offline and finally when am on the computer to finalize the article, all i have to do is, just go through the notes and assemble them on the document,

Lately I have started to first write down my article in paper and then type it in my blog.Yes this is time consuming and needs extra work but I found that it leads to good article writing from my side.

The last point is really good. I think presentation is one of the most important parts of writing an article. I mean, if it’s just a big block of text then it isn’t very appealing to read. I personally use h3 tags quite a lot and find they break up the different parts of the article very well, as well as trying to use images fairly often!
